About Us

Matt Fearrington, Ph.D. is the President of Dynamic Management Consulting, P.C. He grew up in Winston-Salem, NC and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, a Master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Doctorate from the University of Tennessee. Matt is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of North Carolina and he has extensive experience facilitating individual and group changes. He also has expertise in assessment and scale construction and he enjoys partnering with high-achieving individuals and organizations. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and APA Division 13: Society of Consulting Psychology.
