With nearly 20 years of consulting experience, I bring a depth of expertise and professionalism that only comes from doing this work at scale, across industries, and across thousands of individual assessments.
My background is in psychology, I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, a Master’s from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Tennessee. That foundation informs everything I do: how I select assessment instruments, how I interpret results, and how I communicate findings to executives and HR teams who need answers they can act on.
I started DMC because I saw a gap: organizations had access to validated tools, but no one to help them use those tools strategically. I bridge that gap. I’m not here to sell you an instrument. I’m here to help you make a decision.
Based in Boone, NC. Serving manufacturing companies and organizations across North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Larger consultancies can field large teams and deliver polished decks. What they struggle to deliver is continuity, customization, and genuine investment in your business. When you work with me, you get me, every call, every assessment, every recommendation.
I have worked with one of my manufacturing clients for close to 20 years. They use me to screen all external candidates for their key entry-level leadership and sales roles. They keep coming back not because they have to, but because the process works.
That’s the kind of partnership I’m interested in building.
Every engagement begins with a conversation. I learn your business, your culture, and what success looks like in the role or situation you’re navigating. From there, I build a tailored plan — which tools to use, how to structure the process, and how to interpret the results in a way that’s specific to you.
I am invested in helping you solve the problem. That’s not a tagline. It’s how I work.
